Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days from delivery date, unless local law requires a longer period.

Send your request to relations@quunthalath.world with order details, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue.

We review requests within 5 business days and provide next-step instructions by email.

If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible and may require standard banking processing time.

Requests outside the policy period or with incomplete purchase evidence may not qualify for refund processing.

This policy is interpreted together with mandatory consumer rights under Danish and EU distance-selling rules.

For faster handling, include order reference, full name, and the email used at checkout in your request.
